Em Bruce is an award-winning children's author and editor based in Sydney, Australia. Beatrice was born and raised in Bologna, Italy, where she works as a freelance illustrator, author, and visual artist. After studying Fine Art Painting, she trained in Medical Illustration and Animation. In 2016, she left a 15-year career in graphic design to focus on children's illustration.
