Book 1—The Unlikely Intrusion of Adams Klein Are some things in life worth taking a stand for, no matter the cost Fourteen-year-old Adams Klein lives by one simple rule: don't do anything that might change the course of history. To protect him from a murderous tyrant, Adams was hidden away in the year 2015. A refugee from the distant future, his existence is a secret. But when he witnesses a tragedy unfolding, he can't stand by and do nothing. Now history is being changed, and Adams and his new friends are being hunted by a villain who'll stop at nothing to retain his iron grip on the world of the future, even if it means destroying the past.

Book 2—The Bewildering Courage of Emma Bloom Who will ignite the spark in the fight for freedom Trapped in the future, Emma Bloom and Clay Danvers travel beneath Transom City in a desperate attempt to escape the Marshal. They reunite with Adams Klein who is back from the dead and now possesses powers beyond natural human ability. Together, the three friends flee civilization, seeking a secret resistance community rumored to exist deep in the wilderness. But the kids discover that hiding is no way to live. They must weigh the cost of true freedom. Emma inspires and leads the charge, but will the Marshal prove to be a more formidable foe than anyone could have imagined

There, they meet a young Postulus Grouse, who is anything but a villain. Their friendship is challenged as they weigh what to do, knowing what the monster Postulus will one day become. Together, they must navigate life in the Wild West while taking on enemies from both the future and the past, all of whom are bent on stopping them from changing the course of history for the better.

In an epic and final showdown, Clay Danvers must become the hero he was always meant to be. Will he rise to the challenge, or will the Marshal's darkness destroy them all
