As a Catholic educator, the primary objective and standard in my classroom is to cultivate and develop each student’s relationship with Jesus Christ. My goal is to foster voracious reading in the classroom. Students should read books for leisure, learning, and love of our Lord Jesus Christ. In our modern times, I want to equip parents with resources that reinforce our Christ centered mission. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to find appropriate books. Our culture often promotes material to children that conflicts with the moral values we wish to share with those we love the most..
